I have IBS, irritable bowel syndrome and thatās why I eat a gluten-free & lactose-free diet and no onions or garlic. If you don’t have IBS, coeliac disease, or you aren’t intolerant to gluten, you can of course use wheat flour and regular pasta in my recipes. Same with lactose-free products; use only if needed. Also, you can add garlic & onions to the savoury recipes if you like, I have added them into brackets to recipes where they would be a good additionš

I joined kriti when i was three months #postpartum, with lot of anxiety, loss of confidence and words of society in mind, that this weight will be there more 2 years.
Since my first conversation till date , things have been very smooth. As i was exclusive #breastfeeding, @glutesbeforedudes planned my diet keeping in mind all my routine and needs. I had several trips and many cheat meals in this journey , but she was all there to help me what to prioritize and how to balance my meal. She never said no to any of my favorites. Her exercise are so simple and manageable at home.
Moreover she gave me that support and right guidance which was needed in my early postpartum. All that we did in these months is very much sustainable. Words are not enough, how much i am thankful to kriti. She has brought that confidence in me, which i never thought Iāll be able to feel it so early .
I started when my #diastasisrecti was 2.5 and today it is 1( from naval). She was never in hurry and went very slowly.Reason why today i am able to enjoy all my pre pregnancy clothes.
I was never under a crash diet or harsh exercise. It is only because she applied the right techniques and balance food for me.
I still remember i asked kriti if i can eat mangoes everyday, and she was like āq nahiā . And i never enjoyed mango season like this before. Kriti u have been a guardian angel to me, and i cant imagine that day when i dont have to send my routine to you.
